摘要: We live in an increasingly complex and interconnected world. Where technology, its potential benefits risks, are not bound by, do respect, jurisdictional borders. A world that sees technological innovation as being integral component of the Anthropocene, resilience fundamental to our—and environment’s—ability flourish.
