摘要: Water is a basic natural resource for life and the sustainable development of society. Methods to assess water quality in freshwater ecosystems based on environmental bioindicators have proven be low cost, reliable, can adapted with well-defined structures. The objective this paper propose an interdisciplinary approach assessment through bioindicators. From presence/absence bioindicator organisms their sensitivity/tolerance stress, we constructed bipartite network, G. In direction, new method that combines two research approaches, Graph Theory Random Matrix (RMT). Through topological properties graph G, introduce index, called J P ( G ) , evaluate quality, study its relationships known indices, such as Biological Monitoring Working Party B M W Shannon diversity H ′ ). Furthermore, perform scaling analysis random networks already specialized parameters our case study. We validate proposal application reservoir Guajaro, Colombia. results obtained allow us infer proposed techniques are useful since they detect significant changes ecosystem.
