摘要: Abstract The idea of preparing water-soluble chitosan and observing its nanostructural morphology are proposed using irradiation process. nanoparticles (WSCS-NPs) properties were assessed for a possible use as an antioxidant reducing agent green synthesis gold (AuNPs). characteristics WSCS-NPs verified FT-IR, XRD, C H N analyzer TGA. was investigated SEM TEM. number average molecular weight low 3800 g/mol with narrow polydispersity 1.26. hydrodynamic diameter 15.40±0.47 nm. 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging activity at 0.1 mg/mL up to 80%, while the original CS exhibited no activity. An effective concentration reduce DPPH radicals (150 μM) by 50% is 0.025 mg/mL. in vitro cytotoxicity test MTT assay demonstrated that non-toxic IC 50 2000 μg/mL. efficient stabilizing producing stable colloidal AuNPs. achievement ability create AuNPs would be part growing interest nanotechnology biomedicine.
