摘要: Introduction: Calcification is a highly relevant process in terms of development cardiovascular diseases, and its prevention may be the key to prevent disease progression patients. In this study we investigated expression osteocalcin (OC), osteopontin (OPN) RUNX2 patients’ leukocytes their possible role as diagnostic markers for diseases. Materials Methods: Leucocytes from 38 patients were collected Department Surgery Martin-Luther-University Halle, including 8 without arteriosclerotic (PAD−) 30 with symptomatic (PAD+). Patients’ leucocytes, vitro calcified human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) vascular smooth muscle (VSMC) subjected qPCR analyses TaqMan probes, which are specific OC, OPN RUNX2. Additionally, interaction between monocytes HUVEC VSMC was adhesion assays. Results: The leucocytes obtained (PAD+) demonstrated decreased mRNA level Osteocalcin, while significantly upregulated comparison asymptomatic induction calcification led an increased Immunocytochemistry revealed stronger cells. Conclusion: To conclude, these data demonstrate that has correlation biological rationale RUNX-2 remains not yet entirely understood atherosclerotic disease, means it needs further investigation.
