摘要: The results of the particle size spectrometer experiment on Pioneer Venus sounder probe are presented. vertical cloud structure is found to consist three primary regions approximately 20 km total thickness suspended within an ubiquitous aerosol haze which extends more than 10 above and below it. separated by sharp transition where both chemistry microphysics exhibit change. distributions multimodal in all regions. Three modes observed middle lower region composed aerosol, H2SO4 droplets, crystals. crystals likely could be either sulphates or chlorides. We provide interpretations sources, growth characteristics, fate species through a partitioning analysis LCPS distribution data.
