摘要: Abstract This study examines the effects of three variables — arm elevation, direcon (or plane) pull and speed on isokinetic strength, with preferred arm. Eleven male adult subjects were tested for maximum voluntary contraction (MVC) pulls, while standing, at all 12 combinations starting positions arm, two directions pull, speeds pull. The results indicated that influential strength; but there was a significant interaction effect between elevation. Speed exerted greater when pulling obliquely upward, below shoulder (from stoop-stand posture), than horizontally (at height) or downward (starting above shoulder). Also, toward body 9% stronger accoss it. Under best conditions, strength 1.65–2.09 times under worst conditions. mean force 11 averaged 36%–58% their weight, depending condition (variable combination).
