摘要: The effect of manufacturing parameters on the size and drug-loading ketoprofen-containing biodegradable biocompatible poly(dl-lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) microspheres prepared by solvent evaporation method was investigated. For both drug-free drug-loaded microspheres, smaller with a narrower distribution were obtained when stirring rate or volume organic phase increased. Incorporation ketoprofen found to increase increasing decreasing pH aqueous phase, but independent acidity inherent viscosity PLGA used. biphasic release profile from dependent type as well drug-loading, two governed process. first burst drug content, reduction matrix, whereas ha...
