摘要: A necessary microstructural condition for the manifestation of effect superplasticity in alloys is a small grain size (d 100 μm. We have studied regimes heat treatment such materials AZ91, AE42, QE22, and ZRE1 with purpose obtaining fine-grained structure. The optimum temperature overaging quenched magnesium lies between 300 350°C. After hot pressing heat-treated alloys, average 6.4 (AZ91), 6.2 (AE42), 1.2 (ZRE1), 0.7 (QE22) best characteristics are manifested by QE22 relative elongation 750% strain-rate sensitivity m = 0.75 at T 420°C strain rate $$\dot \varepsilon $$ 3 × 10−4 s−1. Under these conditions, AZ91 AE42 δ ≤ 260% 0.45.
