摘要: La atencion a los pacientes psicoticos cronicos en la comunidad ha supuesto una sobrecarga para las familias sin que general profesionales de psiquiatria parezcan dar este hecho importancia tiene. Las esquizofrenicos estan sobrecargadas, tanto por el malestar subjetivo les ocasiona conducta del enfermo y ausencia un desempeno adecuado sus papeles sociales, como problemas crean vida habitual mismas. Se hace preciso atender necesidades estas ante esa situacion estres cronico.
