摘要: This paper does three things. First, it proposes that each critical contingency in a power system be represented by "correction time" (the time required to eliminate the violations produced contingency), rather than set of hard constraints. Second, adds these correction times an optimal flow and decomposes resulting problem into number smaller optimization problems. Third, multi-agent technique for solving problems parallel. The agents encapsulate traditional algorithms as well new algorithm, called voyager, generates starting points algorithms. All communicate asynchronously, meaning they can work parallel without ever interrupting or delaying one another. scheme has potential handling contingencies other difficult global >
