摘要: Segmental nonanastomotic stenosis, also known as vanishing bronchus intermedius syndrome (or simply, "vanishing bronchus"), is a rare complication that can occur after lung transplant. It usually occurs in the first posttransplant year and often develops intermediate bronchus. Definitive diagnosis established by bronchoscopy. The treatment management primarily includes bronchoscopic dilatation stenting. In patients who do not benefit from these applications, resection or retransplant may be indicated. Our 58-year-old patient developed transplant, recurrence could prevented despite repeated interventions. We applied submucosal mitomycin C injection to bronchial wall of stenotic segment achieved significant for reduction recurrence. aim was document reported case with treated administration C, strong fibroblast inhibitor, report outcomes regard
