Methods: created by hot water extraction process after being soaked for 2~3 days tap dried at 50°C. characterized using field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), diffraction (XRD), Fourier transformed infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. behaviors were also investigated; performed tests assess cell cytotoxicity, osteogenic markers related VEGF. Results: EDX, XRD, FTIR results indicated presence organic compounds. caused positive increases activity mineralized formation without cytotoxicity. protein levels extract 6.25 μg/mL, 12.25 25 50 100 μg/mL groups significantly different that control. Conclusions: GBR-based easy had characteristics potential biomaterial. biocompatibility vitro techniques; our findings indicate novel is promising agricultural applications.
