摘要: A sub-bandgap reference circuit yielding a voltage smaller than the bandgap of silicon. The generates negative temperature coefficient signal Vbe and an oppositely tracking (positive coefficient) ΔVbe, takes average two signals related to ΔVbe-Vbe yield temperature-compensated one-half features unequal area current mirror feeding diodes resistors used generate using low supply voltages (less 1.5 volts). standard CMOS implementation provides power consumption at only 1 volt with good coefficient. averaging may be implemented by continuous time divider or switched capacitor techniques. loop amplifier in circuitry operates headroom part due n-well biasing scheme that lowers effective threshold p-channel FETs amplifier.
