摘要: Inflammaging is the continuation of a mild chronic asymptomatic inflammation over long time in body, followed by clinical symptoms aging as result. This process underlies many diseases associated with aging, including cancers, diabetes, and cognitive decline. There variety anti-inflammatory agents to help prevent or ameliorate process. Best most frequent natural sources that contain are food herbs, out which there some dietary supplements manufactured well.
