摘要: The invention relates to a bispecific or bivalent antibody fragment analogue comprising binding complex containing two polypeptide chains, whereby one chain comprises heavy variable domains (VH) in series and the other light (VL) series, further pairs of (VH-A//VL-A VH-B//VL-B). VH's and/or VL's are connected directly via an intermediate peptide linker. Also production method for such analogues is disclosed.
