摘要: We revealed differences in lipid and carbohydrate composition between cells of mucorous fungi during endogenous exogenous dormancy. Endogenous dormancy (zygospores) is characterized by high contents phosphatidylcholine (about 70% the total phospholipids) triacylglycerol (over 90% neutral lipids). By contrast, (sporangiospores) accompanied elevated amounts sterols, sterol esters, free fatty acids, which account for over lipids. established first time significant phospholipid sporangiospores obtained from stylosporangia sporangioles. Based on data obtained, we regard retardation life-sustaining activities as a biochemical adaptation based state. also discuss taxonomical position Blakeslea trispora.
