摘要: Critical urban events take places at a random way and they need to be dealt with by public authorities quickly maintain the proper operation of cities. The main challenges for an efficient handling event fall precisely in its nature, speed accuracy notification manifestation authority. pervasiveness vehicles environments, their communication monitoring capabilities, allow employ VANETs support dissemination such events. Thus, this work proposes MINUET, dynamic system events, which operates ad hoc vehicular network. It uses cooperative-based strategy where are able dynamically coordinate real time means clusters. Results obtained NS3 show performance MINUET regarding real-time detected areas.
