摘要: The present invention relates to a solution for handling seamless handover between 3GPP network and non-3GPP or two networks. uses new state information informing about UE being in an Idle relation the not currently communicating through. Thus is immediately detached from old but may keep logical connection quickly re-attach if of interest.
