摘要: A mycotic pseudoaneurysm of the popliteal artery is usually a consequence septic embolization and often result bacterial endocarditis. Conventional treatment surgical avoids placement foreign material in infected sites. Here we report our 59-year-old man who presented with rupture due to embolism from sternoclavicular infectious arthritis. Radiological investigations are included. This first documented case arthritis complicated by false aneurysm treated using an endovascular procedure. Combining stent grafts evacuation joint abscess antibiotic therapy can offer safe alternative for frail unstable patients.
