摘要: Heavy metals present in the environment posses significant global problem and warrant ultimate remediation measurement. In study, bacteria were isolated from Yangtze River, China six isolates further selected on basis of tolerance to various heavy metals. Based biochemical, physiological 16S rDNA analyses; these belonged five distinct genera, Pseudomonas putida, Cupriavidus necator, Exiguobacterium sp., Bacillus aquimaris, B. cereus, Alcaligenes sp. Minimum inhibitory concentration test recorded that putida YR8 YR11 had a high level (between 5 10 mM) tested. The multiple heavy-metal resistant study could survive well metal contaminated thus can be exploited for such environment. (C) 2014 Friends Science Publishers
