摘要: Four experiments were conducted to determine the arginine and lysine requirements of male chickens for 2- 3-wk intervals from time hatching until 8 wk age. Weight gain, breast muscle growth, feed efficiency used as response each interval. Dietary estimated by broken-line regression analysis responses six or seven dietary levels amino acid. crude protein 22, 21, 20, 18% in four consecutive 0 2, 2 4, 3 6, 5 An occasional estimate requirement was not determined (ND) because did conform model. The values gain (weight pectoralis major plus minor) significantly higher than those body weight gain. However, they tended be 0-to-2 2-to-4-wk-old broilers. Lysine requirements, percentages total acid diet, maximum growth were, respectively, 1.32+/-0.01% 1.27+/-0.00% age, 1.21+/-0.06% ND 4 0.99+/-0.02% 0.97+/-0.02% 6 0.81+/-0.01% 0.83+/-0.02% Calculated digestible 1.24 1.19% 1.11% 0.92% 0.91% 0.75 0.78% similar except earliest age group which appeared slightly that arginine.
