摘要: Subcutaneous administration of CdCl2 (3 mg/kg body weight) caused a decrease in adenylate energy charge, (ATP + 0.5ADP)/(ATP ADP AMP), and depletion the adenine nucleotide pool testis mice. This preceded LDH-X activity testicular extracts. These results biochemically support hypothesis that damage induced by cadmium is secondary to anoxia vascular lesion.
