摘要: A continuum model that describes a disordered, heterogeneous traffic stream is presented. Such systems are widely prevalent in developing countries where classical models cannot be readily applied. The characteristics of such unique since drivers smaller vehicles exploit their maneuverability to move ahead through lateral gaps at lower speeds. At higher speeds, larger press advantage greater motive power. the microscopic level disordered and defines porous medium. Each vehicle considered series pores defined by other vehicles. speed-density relationship explicitly considers pore space distribution This captures considerable dynamics between classes overlooked when all converted reference class (usually Passenger Car Equivalents) as traditionally done.
