摘要: We report the case of a 63-year-old patient admitted to ICU for an acute respiratory failure one week after outpatient cataract surgery that revealed nemaline rod myopathy. present this rare myopathy whose particularities are its aetiology, which can be inherited, mostly with congenital onset, or sporadic, and variability age at presentation. discuss exceptional onset severe unknown underlying diseases in context surgery.
