摘要: Elevated expression of MALAT-1 was found in various cancers, and correlated with metastasis prognostic. This meta-analysis collected all relevant articles explored correlation lymph node (LNM), distant (DM), overall survival (OS). A quantitative performed through a systematic search PubMed, Web Science, Medline, CNKI, CBM, the Cochrane Library. The odds ratios (OR) LNM DM hazard ratio (HR) OS were calculated to assess association strength. Eight studies total 845 patients included meta-analysis. Six different types cancer evaluated, 2 non-small cell lung (NSCLC), 1 colorectal (CRC), gastric (GC), pancreatic (PC), clear renal carcinoma (ccRCC), osteosarcoma (OSA). Compared low expression, high more (OR = 2.08, 95 %CI: 1.00-4.32, p 0.05) by random-effects model (I (2) 71 %, 0.004). similar result seen between DM, OR 3.52 (95 1.06-11.71, 0.04) adopting 59 0.04). Additionally, our analysis showed poorer than those (HR 2.12, 1.60-2.82, < 0.001) 56 may serve as molecular marker for prognosis.
