摘要: Dielectric materials with high-K, low loss and high breakdown voltage are of great importance for a broad range applications in modern electronics electrical power systems. In this work, embedded capacitors were fabricated BT/ER composites as the dielectric layer. The modified Cr Acac which reacted epoxy matrix. addition PEG enhanced permittivity. capacitor samples showed higher capacitance density. voltages, thermal stability, moisture absorption also measured evaluated. results indicated that these properties reached industry requirement suitable industrial application.
