摘要: With unprecedented capabilities for monitoring system operating conditions based on synchronized sub-second measurements and providing quasi-continuous control signals throughout the grid, smart grid offers potential to increase all voltage, transient dynamic (small signal) stability limits a level above relevant thermal limits. thus assured, can ultimately become as flexible internet.
