摘要: With unprecedented capabilities for monitoring system operating conditions based on synchronized sub-second measurements and providing quasi-continuous control signals throughout the grid, smart grid offers potential to increase all voltage, transient dynamic (small signal) stability limits a level above relevant thermal limits. thus assured, can ultimately become as flexible internet. This paper presents strategy assuring in grid. The proposed closed-loop scheme creates stable point locations where open loop (i.e., without controller) would be unstable. Simulation results simple are presented illustrate of scheme. region expanded until onset “managed chaos” sequence ephemeral equilibria created equilibrium is reached.
