摘要: 'Biotechnology' has been intuitively used by humans since thousands of years for the production foods, beverages, and drugs based on experience without any scientific background. However, golden era this discipline emerged only during second half last century. Incredible progresses have achieved all fields starting from industrialization foods to discovery antibiotics, decipherment genetic code, rational approaches understand define status we now call 'healthy'. The extremely complex interactions between background, life style, environmental factors influencing our continuously increasing span become more evident steadily generate new questions which are partly answered.
