摘要: We study the spectral and orientational dynamics of HDO molecules in solutions tertiary-butyl-alcohol (TBA), trimethyl-amine-oxide (TMAO), tetramethylurea (TMU) isotopically diluted water (HDO:D2O HDO:H2O).
