AN ULTRASTRUCTURAL STUDY ON GERMINOMA CELLS

摘要: Germinoma cells were ultrastructurally studied in 17 cases composed of 8 with testicular seminoma, 3 ovarian dysgerminoma, 4 intracranial germinoma and one case mediastinal germinoma. The tumor generally polyhedral shape, has frequently a cytoplasmic process, occasionally long process like pseudopod. Regarding several components the cytoplasm, most all but few had varying numbers glycogen granules fatty droplets, some annulate lamellae, junctional apparatuses microvilli, while stacks rER or large autolysomes observed cases. In seminoma dysgerminoma more types intranuclear pseudoinclusions. Definite differences among associated their originating sites not recognized except for features nucleus.
