摘要: The demand for innovative approaches applied to productive sectors is a reality present in the circular economy and open innovation relatively new concept that has revolutionized literature about management. Since appeared 2003, many articles have focused on its development application. Although some studies connected with sustainability, relevance of this current global still unidentified. In context, paper tries cover gap bibliometric analysis evolution paradigm sustainability field research. A sample 3087 papers published between 2003 2019 Scopus database was obtained. revealed main topics most prolific journals, authors, institutions, countries, terms productivity, citations, h-indexes. Besides these contributions, keywords reveals that, recent years, ecosystems are decisive variables
