摘要: Numerous international studies have corroborated the value of public-private sector partnerships in reducing vulnerability and building resilience to emergencies disasters. This paper proposes a simple conceptual framework for emergency disaster management that could be applied research policy analysis Australia. The three dimensions: types (public, business community), partnership arrangements (legislated formal informal agreements), roles (strategic resilience-building response recovery). describes how sectors can work together under various preventive or responsive measures management.
