A transcultural outcome study of adolescent eating disorders.

摘要: OBJECTIVE: The aim of the study was to assess treatment and outcome adolescent eating disorders in an international including Western Eastern European clinical research centres. METHOD: A total 138 patients with onset disorder (primarily anorexia nervosa) were followed-up after a mean interval 5 years first admission. RESULTS: On average, had spent 25% follow-up period either in-patient or out-patient treatment. Half them required second hospitalization quarter third for disorder. At follow-up, 68% sample did not have prediction revealed different patterns risk variables depending on type criterion. CONCLUSION: is relatively similar across cultures, better than later
