Fabrication of cobalt gallium oxide with zinc iron oxide on nickel foam for a high-performance asymmetric supercapacitor

摘要: The rational construction of advanced electrode materials with notable performances plays an essential role in the design energy storage systems excellent density and power density. In this study, for first time, we offer a facile electrodeposition method synthesis CoGa2O4 (CGO) as positive (cathode) material supported on nickel foam substrate to be used asymmetric supercapacitor (ASC). (CGO)/nickel created efficacious fast passageway ion electron transport electrochemical process; reason, illustrated good performance including specific capacitance 1379.16 F g−1 remarkable rate 67.2% durability. Moreover, pseudocapacitive negative ZnFe2O4 (ZFO) was successfully deposited by straightforward strategy. as-constructed (ZFO)/nickel revealed 300.5 at 1 A g−1, satisfactory 55.40% even 50 significant durability after 6000 cycles. Due properties electrodes, (ASC) fabricated using (anode) electrode. foam//ZnFe2O4 device exhibited 232.2 capability 64% outstanding cycles high 82.56 W h kg−1. Finally, employed light up blue light-emitting diode (LED), illustrating its potential ASC modern generation electronic devices.
