摘要: Abstract Objective To assess the parasitic infestation of vegetables in selected markets Metro Manila, Philippines. Methods A total 80 were purchased from public and private Munoz, Quezon City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. Vegetables washed, washings collected examined for organisms. Results In all examined, 36 (45.0%) infested with obtained City showed that 17 40 (42.5%) have as compared those 19 (47.5%). Significant differences on organisms existed between two locations (P Conclusions Findings indicate can be potential source infection. There is a need to vigilant ensuring foodstuffs sold our market systems are safe fit consumption.
