Composition-dependent superconductivity in La2-xSrxCuO4- delta.

摘要: We report the dependence of superconducting critical temperature on x for a series La/sub 2-//sub x/Sr/sub x/CuO/sub 4-//sub delta/ samples prepared under identical conditions. A strong peak in fraction sample which is occurs near = 0.15, composition also gives highest transition temperatures as measured by resistivity and dc Meissner effect. Relatively high onset are observed, we infer presence another, possibly metastable, material with substantially higher than that bulk K/sub 2/NiF/sub 4/ structure-type delta/.
