摘要: Under standing the origin of dramatic temperature and density dependence relaxation time glass-forming liquids is a fundamental challenge in glass science. The recently established ‘density-scaling’ relation quantifies relative importance for terms material-dependent exponent. We show that this exponent approximate single-parameter can be calculated from thermoviscoelastic linear-response data at single state point, instance an ambient-pressure point. This prediction confirmed van der Waals liquid tetramethyl-tetraphenyl-trisiloxane. Consistent with this, compilation literature Prigogine‐Defay ratio shows polymers are systems, whereas associated network-forming not.
