摘要: Among infertile men, a diagnosis of unilateral varicocele is made in 90% cases and bilateral the remaining cases. However, there are reports under-diagnosis among men that its prevalence greater than 10%. In this prospective study, we aimed to examine differentially expressed proteins (DEP) extracted from spermatozoa cells patients with fertile donors. Subjects consisted 17 diagnosed 10 proven as healthy controls. Using LTQ-orbitrap elite hybrid mass spectrometry system, proteomic analysis was done on pooled samples 3 5 men. From these samples, 73 DEP were identified which 58 expressed, 7 unique group 8 control group.
