摘要: Mineralocorticoid receptors (MR) mediate the action of aldosterone in kidney on sodium resorption. In brain, MR glucocorticoids secreted by adrenal glands response stress. Mutations MR-gene appear to be causal for pseudohypoaldosteronism some specific kindreds. SNPs with more subtle effects resorption or stress have been identified.
