摘要: Abstract The “nutcracker” phenomenon refers to renal vein compression by the aorta and superior mesenteric artery where courses in fork formed at bifurcation of these arteries. Renal varicosities with hematuria developed our patient response obstruction this site. Surgical exploration revealed left be compressed stretched over abdominal aorta. This deformity was corrected medial fixation kidney excision extensive involving periureteral ovarian veins. has experienced no further hematuria.
