摘要: This chapter provides the reader with a collection of endogenous DAMPs in terms constitutively expressed native molecules. The first class this category refers to DAMPs, which are passively released from necrotic cells, and includes most prominent subclasses high mobility group box I heat shock proteins. Further that cells include S100 proteins, nucleic acids, histones, pro-forms interleukin-1-family members, mitochondria-derived N-formylated peptides, F-actin, heme. A particular subclass these molecules, indirectly activate inflammasome, including adenosine-5′-triphosphate, monosodium urate crystals, cholesterol some lipolytic species, beta-amyloid. All characterized by their capability promote necroinflammatory responses. second Category exposed on surface stressed cells. They phagocytosis-facilitating molecules such as calreticulin, well MHC-I-related molecule B. These capable inducing activation innate lymphoid unconventional T One major histocompatibility complex I-related A, is shown act bona fide transplantation antigen. In sum, represent an impressive extraordinary properties, play critical role pathogenesis many human diseases.
