摘要: 1 Junyu Dong and Mike Chantler are with the Texture Lab, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland(M.J.Chantler@hw.ac.uk) Abstract We present compare five approaches for synthesizing relighting real 3D surface textures. adapted Efros’s texture quilting method combined it different representations, comprising: a set of three photometric images; gradient albedo maps; polynomial two eigen based representations using 3 6 base images. used twelve textures to perform quantitative tests on methods. develop systematic qualitative test assessment complete synthesis systems. Our conclusion is that cheaper threebase-image methods should be in preference other methods, especially where surfaces Lambertian or near Lambertian.
