A self-learning call admission control scheme for CDMA cellular networks

摘要: In the present paper, a call admission control scheme that can learn from network environment and user behavior is developed for code division multiple access (CDMA) cellular networks handle both voice data services. The idea built upon novel learning architecture with only single module instead of two or three modules in adaptive critic designs (ACDs). use approach wireless new. controller perform real-time as well offline environments improves its performance it gains more experience. Another important contribution work choice utility function self-learning which makes process much efficient than existing methods. our algorithm will be shown through computer simulation compared algorithms.
