Charge transfer in 1.4 MeV/u Niq+→Kr collisions,q=16−22

摘要: Cross sections for the electron transfer from neutral Kr atoms to highly charged Niq+ projectiles were measured at 1.4 MeV/u. Estimates on contributions of single and double capture into Ni-L shell excited states are extracted cross x-ray emission incoming projectileL vacancies (q≧19). The role metastable produced in process is analysed. We find that most directly populates shell, seems be dominated by two-electron capture. electrons involved processes seem strongly correlated. An increase low-probability non-correlated with increasing number incomingL-vacancies indicated data.
