摘要: Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems are commonly used to monitor critical infrastructure assets. However, over the past two decades, they have evolved from closed, proprietary open networks comprising commodity platforms running common operating TCP/IP stacks. The architecture increased connectivity provide more functionality reduce costs, but significantly increase vulnerabilities exposure threats. Since SCADA infrastructureassets must 24-7 availability, it is imperative understand manage risk. This paper makes case for a European security testbed that can be analyze threats impact of attacks, ultimately helping design new architectures robust solutions. also discusses requirements, deployment strategies potential hurdles.
