Emotional regulation in eating disorders and gambling disorder: A transdiagnostic approach.

摘要: Background and aims Difficulties in Emotion Regulation (ER) are related to the etiology maintenance of several psychological disorders, including Eating Disorders (ED) Gambling Disorder (GD). This study explored existence latent empirical groups between both based on ER difficulties considering a set indicators personality traits, severity disorder, psychopathological distress. Methods The sample included 1,288 female male participants, diagnosed with ED (n = 906) GD 382).
