摘要: Retropharyngeal hematoma due to anticoagulant usage is a rare, life-threatening situation which must be immediately diagnosed and treated. Immediate control of the airway coagulopathy are bases treatment management. Patients often respond conservative but occasionally urgent tracheostomy endotracheal intubation may necessary. We presented case retropharyngeal secondary warfarin in 49-year-old male.
