摘要: Dynamic contrast enhanced CT (DCE-CT) can be used to estimate blood perfusion and vessel permeability in tumors. Tumor induced angiogenesis is generally associated with disorganized microvasculature increased or leakage. Estimated vascular leakage (Ktrans) values their reliability greatly depend on the model used. To identify preferred for larynx tumor analysis, several models frequently estimating were compared this study. DCE-CT scans acquired 16 cancer patients. Larynx tumors delineated based whole-mount histopathology after laryngectomy. data within these volumes analyzed using Patlak Logan plots, Extended Tofts Model (ETM), Adiabatic Approximation Tissue Homogeneity (AATH) a variant of AATH fixed transit time (AATHFT).
