摘要: In Sweden, the activity on building new residences has been decreased for a number of years. The stock as an average therefore become older and in future it will be subject refurbishment. This paper deals with how to optimise retrofit measures, i.e. act order minimise Life-Cycle Cost (LCC) building. Insulation measures are emphasised but also other retrofits dealt such changing heating system. It is shown that system vital influence optimal amount extra insulation which applied. District common Sweden at least larger buildings multi-family block flats sited urban areas. tariffs district heat must properly addressed find out if profitable or not. As example Navestad area Norrkoping used. residential now extensive retrofitting.
