Short term effects of ibuprofen in primary fibromyalgia syndrome: a double blind, placebo controlled trial.

摘要: Therapeutic effects of ibuprofen were evaluated in 46 patients with primary fibromyalgia syndrome a double blind, placebo controlled study for 3 weeks and an open trial another weeks. Several features syndrome, including number pain sites, fatigue, swelling feeling, tender points significantly improved over time both groups. However, no significant differences found between the Improvements might have occurred as result physician or interactions (i.e., intervention effect). An important observation our blinded was that point sites among (p less than 0.001) consistent at well 6 when compared baseline.
